From the time this dealership has opened, I've found it offering customers the very best sales and service experiences imaginable. I've now bought four different Hyundai vehicles (for different reasons it offering customers the very best sales and service experiences imaginable. I've now bought four different Hyundai vehicles (for different reasons and uses) from this dealership, and enthusiastically recommended it to friends who have also bought vehicles there, and they, too, have been amazed at how well they were treated. This is what a car dealership *should* be like (and, sadly, rarely is), and I sincerely hope the owners can maintain that high standard of customer service---and friendliness---as their business grows. More

I was very pleased with my experience at Hyundai of St. Augustine. From the moment I got there I never once felt like Randy was trying to put me in a car just to "Sell a Car". He took his time and we tested a number of different vehicles to see which one would be the best fit. When it came to the dreaded haggling process I felt as if both sides came away with a good deal. I saved some money and they made some money. This is far and away the best dealership I've ever worked with in forty years of buying cars. Ask them for a price quote and they'll give you their numbers. You get a very competitive deal right out of the box with no pressure. It's an amazing buying experience. From the moment I walked in the door with the friendly greetings from anyone and everyone I approached, the detailed explanations of the vehicles in the dealership inventory, the financing options, but most of all the caring attitude and respectful way the salesmen treated me will always make Hyundai of St Augustine my "go to" dealership for purchasing a vehicle. I've dealt with Randy Selph for the purchase of both of my vehicles and he has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. It had been approximately 15 years since I had been in a dealership to purchase a vehicle and I have to say in all honesty the Randy was a "breath of fresh air" throughout my buying experience for my 2012 Santa Fe. I once again I dealt with Randy for the purchase of my wife's 2013 Sonata, and like a good wine or cheese Randy has improved with age...something I didn't think possible...as he was more than perfect when he sold me my Santa Fe. With the Sonata, he took the time to extensively explain all the nuances of the vehicle to my wife in a way that she was able to understand and provided her with a very positive buying experience. Again, thank you so much! Jimmy Feliciano also was involved in my most recent purchase. He helped in making the "upside" of leasing understandable to me and I appreciate the way he did this without any "pressure". I was totally against leasing, but he opened my eyes to doing some research which led me to see the advantages to leasing...Thank you Jimmy. Dave Mayfield made the arduous task of the financing paperwork a pleasure and breeze to deal with. Thank you Dave. I have been in the dealership many times during the past year, and can honestly say that I have continually found that every one of the employees I have encountered have been very cordial and professional. We had a problem trying to find the exact car that we wanted with the options to match. We test drove the Genesis Coupe but couldn't find the model we wanted with all the extras. Either the color was wro wanted with the options to match. We test drove the Genesis Coupe but couldn't find the model we wanted with all the extras. Either the color was wrong or it didn't come with the nav system or sunroof, AT or MT etc...We live in Jacksonville but a customer at our store recommended contacting Randy at St. Augustine Hyundai. That worked! He found the car we were looking for and had it at the dealership within 48 hrs. We didn't have time to travel to St. Augustine that week so we did the paperwork online and Randy delivered the car right to our door that night! Then he sat with us for about an hour and shows us how all the options worked. That is customer service! We could not of asked for better experience! More

I live in Orlando.I was looking all over the internet for a very specific car, in this case a Genesis Coupe. It had to be a white one. It was a Birthday present for my 23 yr old daughter. I found this dea a very specific car, in this case a Genesis Coupe. It had to be a white one. It was a Birthday present for my 23 yr old daughter. I found this dealership on the internet, browse into their used cars and made an inquiry about a certain car. I am very pleased to say that Randy Selph got in touch with me and guided me from point A to Point B with patience, knowkledge and courtesy. He provided me with his personnal cell phone and we were able to communicate back and forth.. My deal had to be close on a weekend and I also needed to trade my daughter's car for this new one without her knowing ! On a Sunday afternoon, a driver drove from St-Augustine to my home to pick up the trade and leave me papers to sign at my convenience and to mail back to them. I asked Randy for one extra favor: could he please provide me with a bow to put on this car ? ..A huge silver bow was sent along with the car..! Randy ...Thank you so much and I will recommend you and will call you again for my next purchase !! More

Darryl was true to his word and used no pressure through this whole transaction. This experience was the best that I have ever had on a car lot. ACCOLADES to Randy Selph, he has come through again with great service and follow-up. I leased a Sonata from Hyundai of St. Augustine two years ago and never once came to the agency. Randy brought the car great service and follow-up. I leased a Sonata from Hyundai of St. Augustine two years ago and never once came to the agency. Randy brought the car to me in Ponte Vedra Beach and we did all of the paperwork business at my kitchen table. When I decided to lease the new Sante Fe Sport, Randy brought that vehicle to my home and let me use it for two days to make sure that it was what I wanted. Once my wife and I decided that the color was not what we wanted, Randy searched for the one we did want and made sure it was available and ready to drive away when we picked it up. Our experience with Randy has been beyond anything we could have hoped for, I now consider him a good friend and know he will be there if I need anything taken care of with the servicing of my new Sante Fe. David Mayfield was also extremely helpful and very professional with the paperwork that needed to be completed. Anyone needing a new or used Hyundai would be crazy to buy from anyone else.
