Just bought the 2011 Sonata SE and love the car! It gets great gas mileage and is fun to drive. The guys at the dealership were very easy to work with and did everything they could to make this the best car great gas mileage and is fun to drive. I first spoke to Randy on the phone, however when I arrived he was tied up with a customer so David stepped in and very effectively helped me. At the end of the transaction when it was time to complete arrived he was tied up with a customer so David stepped in and very effectively helped me. At the end of the transaction when it was time to complete the paperwork Randy took over and the two split the sale.It was a seamless transition. Both were extremely polite and informative, neither person was pushy in any way, it was like dealing with a longtime friend. I have to add that the sale could not have been completed without the above and beyond help from Jimmy the Manager. This being a used car, he offered to complete numerous items in order for the car to meet my satisfaction without any pressure. In addition these folks made me a fair offer on my trade in which was imerative to the sale.Again without any pressure they voluntarily placed me in a loaner car for a few days until the additional work was completed on my car. This was reassuring to me since I lived an hour away and did not want any additional concern of what if I was to get in an accident, and the terms of the deal were at risk. When I returned for the vehicle which was ready in a timely manner, everything discussed was completed to my satisfaction and the car was clean with a full tank of gas.I had visited other dealerships in Central Florida and was extremely pleased here with the straight forward honest dealings and ethics. This is the second new sonata I have purchased from Randy (and this time as well Roosevelt) and the transaction was even better than last time (if that was even possible). I felt like we were coking and jo (and this time as well Roosevelt) and the transaction was even better than last time (if that was even possible). I felt like we were coking and joking the entire time. Great deal, and great people. Its a down to earth place and they go out of their way to make things right. I will be looking to visit again when the wife's car is up for replacement. More

The overall sales experience was straight forward and low stress. I got a fair price on the Sonata and good price for my trade-in. The dealership brought the price of the car down to within my budget and also gave me a generous amount for my trade-in vehicle. I drove to St. Augustine (3.5 hours from home) and we finished up the deal within 1 hour. Everything from start to finish was smooth and professional.
