Excellent service! I bought a 2011 CR-V EXL from Crown and have taken it to Crown Honda whenever service has been needed - and that's been a rare event! Mostly just oil I bought a 2011 CR-V EXL from Crown and have taken it to Crown Honda whenever service has been needed - and that's been a rare event! Mostly just oil changes and inspections, tire rotating, etc. A couple of weeks ago I took my car in for regular service and Randy Stiles was very helpful. With some time on my hands I looked around at the new cars as well as cars on the used car lot. That's when I decided it was time to upgrade my wheels. For the past couple of weeks I have worked with Vieng Keovongsa in search of an updated version of the 2011 CR-V. Yesterday the search ended with a brand new 2018 CR-V EXL at an extremely good price! Vieng was very helpful and I thank him for his hard work. I also want to thank Jennifer Polizzi for her fine attention to detail in getting all the paperwork taken care of. I've had nothing but good service at Crown Honda and have no reason to ever go anywhere else! More
