Andrew even saved our time on the price because he gave us all the discount and benefits. He even fought the additional discount for us with his manager. After we decided to proceed the lease, Mr. Ari Abdolhosseini assisted us with financial paperwork. He explained everything in details to ensure our ultimate benefits and protection. We left with prepaid maintenance and wheel & rim insurance which my wife would totally need. He is super fun and friendly who makes the boring paper signing even enjoyable. Finally, I have to give my compliment to Mr. Raul Ayala who is on the same team with Andrew. Raul gave us a full orientation of the brand new car. Helped us connect phone and other services. He called us back on the second day just to make sure our satisfaction. I was very impressed that he saved my phone number, so he can recognize me sooner when I have any questions. In the next couple days, I have some miscellaneous questions regarding car operation and insurance. He's always patient and went out of the way to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend everyone who wants to buy or lease Mercedes Benz to work with Andrew, Ari and Raul. More
