Not only were these young men available to answer questions and address our concerns during our visit but they continue to check in and make themselves available to assist with the special features on our car! This is our second Mercedes purchase and of course, we remain impressed with the workmanship, function and reliability of our luxury vehicle! My only critic is with Justin Campbell, finance department. He did not avail himself to clarify a question we had the next day. He failed to return my phone calls and has not reached out to date. We voiced our concern to Andrew our sales rep and he answered our questions. Thanks again Andrew and Raul and we will definitely refer our family members and friends to experience VIP treatment at Walter’s! More

We purchased our car from the dealership and Bryan Fitzpatrick went above and beyond to provide the most excellent car buying experience who led us to Andy Towns who was efficient in explaining what we need to know regarding all the finance details. Raul Ayala then was the best person who gave all the detail in operating the new car before we drove it out the lot. The professionalism is apparent in all aspects of the whole experience and it also shows that each individual truly enjoys doing what they do. We were so impressed with everyone that we continue to take our car for service when we live 40+ minutes away from the dealership. Sure enough, the service team is equally awesome. I had to take in my car shortly after the purchase for a minor issue, and Alex Ramirez was really helpful with the assistance I needed. I also took my car in for the first service, and Joseph Loera assisted me with courteous, professional, and efficient service while I wait in the lobby equipped with comfy waiting environment. Buying a car for me has always been put on the back burner because I never believe in anyone. It still surprises me that, I purchased a car from a dealership without ever meeting Mr. Andrew or visiting their dealership, and without personally inspecting the car. This was completely out of character for me. My purchase was made possible because of Andrew’s knowledge of the subject cars; the high level of professionalism and service he provided me; his integrity; and the high reputation of his dealership. The car arrived in San Jose exactly as represented, for which I thank Andrew. I believe that every business is built one customer at a time. Customer loyalty and trust are both earned through deeds not good salesmanship alone. Whereas Andrew is indeed a good salesperson, this letter serves to confirm that he has earned my trust and my loyalty. I feel certain that I will be purchasing my next Mercedes again from Andrew in the future. More
