Excellent Service all around I got a letter from the dealer who had sold my car in 2015 informing that end of year sale would qualify me for a deal on a 2018 Car. As Walter's is n I got a letter from the dealer who had sold my car in 2015 informing that end of year sale would qualify me for a deal on a 2018 Car. As Walter's is near me I went and gave the letter to the lady manager and asked her to better that. She said sure she will and introduced to her fleet manager Bryn Fitzpatrick. He did everything he could to meet my requests and he was pleasant spoken. In the end, I and my wife were satisfied though I knew he made a good deal for himself as well and that is to be expected from a dealer rep. He introduced me to the Finance Manager who dealt with it professionally meeting my last minute requests to Brian. In the end, I met the General Manager who was a charming guy with a great disposition uncharacteristic of his British heritage! More

He sent us a fresh video of the SLK we had interest in, showing details that were not in the on-line ad for the car. We are located one and a half hours drive away, so his video and openness to our questions ahead of time made the drive to Walters very worth while. Small details were brought to light just as in new car sales. Nothing was overlooked. We were treated with excellent quality. And then dealing with Ari in the finance department was a continuation of that quality experience. Excellent Dealership in our opinion and we will return for our future auto needs. More
