As Walter's is near me I went and gave the letter to the lady manager and asked her to better that. She said sure she will and introduced to her fleet manager Bryn Fitzpatrick. He did everything he could to meet my requests and he was pleasant spoken. In the end, I and my wife were satisfied though I knew he made a good deal for himself as well and that is to be expected from a dealer rep. He introduced me to the Finance Manager who dealt with it professionally meeting my last minute requests to Brian. In the end, I met the General Manager who was a charming guy with a great disposition uncharacteristic of his British heritage! More
