I give up on my old GL450 for a newer GLE350 last year and bought Maintainance and repair for three years or 30k miles. I also included signing up with leather and window care which was included with the and bought Maintainance and repair for three years or 30k miles. I also included signing up with leather and window care which was included with the car loan. The finance said Raul will help us with the schedule of our first leather care coat and they will call for the schedule. It's been more than a year now nothing call us to schedule the first service. Multiple times I went to the dealership and remind Raul Ayala but until now no call. I think writing a review would help make things right. At least If I can't get it, I can make people aware of it. More
