Kelly Nissan of Oak Lawn I want to share an updated review of my experience with Kelly Nissan of Oak Lawn regarding a major repair on my 2017 Nissan Armada. After an engine replacement performed at review of my experience with Kelly Nissan of Oak Lawn regarding a major repair on my 2017 Nissan Armada. After an engine replacement performed at this dealership, I experienced a transmission fluid leak that began immediately after the engine work. Prior to the engine replacement, the transmission had no leaks and no shifting issues. Following the repair, the dealership addressed the issue in stages, first replacing transmission lines and then resealing the transmission pan. When the leak persisted, it was determined that the transmission pan itself was warped, which explained why the earlier repairs did not fully resolve the problem. Although the situation was frustrating and required multiple visits, I want to be fair in my assessment. Kelly Nissan ultimately stood by their work and made the necessary corrections. The warped transmission pan was replaced properly, and the repair was completed correctly. At this point, the transmission is no longer leaking, the vehicle shifts smoothly, and everything is operating as it should. I appreciate that the dealership followed through and resolved the issue completely rather than dismissing the problem or shifting responsibility. Because the final outcome was positive and the vehicle was repaired correctly, I’m updating my review to reflect that. I’m satisfied with the current condition of my Armada and with how the situation was ultimately handled. More
