Felt pressured into paint & door add-ons and should have walked at that point. But great with the rest, especially Sabrinna who is a dream to work with. Initially upon arriving the manager said he would "hook me up", his words. Sales person was great but I had a few questions and wanted to negotiate pricing and color. The people next to me were negotiating me up", his words. Sales person was great but I had a few questions and wanted to negotiate pricing and color. The people next to me were negotiating so I figured I should too. The manager didn't like that and told me to leave. He didn't need me. As he walked away he scoffed and said things under his voice. Not professional at all! This is not what I would expect from a car dealership. Everyone negotiates!!! The store manager called me back in as I was leaving. I eventually made a deal but not want I wanted or color I wanted. I was made to feel like the bad guy. I would not come back because of this interaction. In hindsight I should've left and not gone through with the deal. It's a shame because everything else was simple. This could've been a 5 star review. More
