I am sorry but i really dont feel like i can comfortably do business with a company where the owner did nothing after making promises. Then Brian stated i either accept the deal he has offered or they cannot do business with me. Brian went on vacation and i was dealing directly with the owner Ray. Yet Brian basically called me a liar saying Ray was not involved. Ray had offered me the vehicle for the advertised price, same trade amount and money down. Yet Brian said no that Ray was not involved. When i tried to explain things to him he hung up on me. How on earth does anyone do business with someone like that? Thank you COLLEEN
