They are honest, straightforward and they respect my time. In a world where so much admin is digital, human to human connection still plays a very important part in purchasing a car or a lease. Clemente called me first thing the morning after I had submitted an inquiry online the night before. Edgar was ready and waiting for me to stop in for a test drive and he was so knowledgeable and friendly. Edgar kept in touch with me via text while I thought about my options and acted immediately to get me the exact model and color of car I wanted. I shopped around and nobody could beat the deal these guys worked out for me. On the day of pickup, Ray was super flexible and responsive when I was late for my appointment. This team is top notch.
