Once the papers were signs, Omar Saleh in the service department got all my devices sync'd and gave me the crash course on navigating the console. I was in and out in under two hours. When the all weather mats weren't installed at the service garage, he went out of his way to install them himself. Alberto Cabrera was very knowledgeable in answering my questions when signed off on the lease. Osvandy was excellent in reviewing all dashboard display items, audio, operation menus, including Blue tooth which I didn't know I had on my phone. Roberto Severino provided the details on the Costco Members only program and the impact it made on the cost. The downside has to do with the extra fees (e.g. DOC, Turn-in) which add to the cost. Buyer must be informed about all costs and what to pay for upfront to reduce monthly interest. More
