I had asked for a quote on a new vehicle and had follow up calls from internet team to come in. I spoke to specialist 10 minutes before coming I. So I would have assumed she would have checked that car was up calls from internet team to come in. I spoke to specialist 10 minutes before coming I. So I would have assumed she would have checked that car was available. At the dealership, I was told car was coming from a different lot and I could test drive a different color. After the test drive, I was informed the car I had wanted had been sold. I was also informed that the price quoted to me in bold letters was for “Honda Family” members and my price would have been $750 more (this information was in the tiny fine print on the bottom of the quote). I was also informed that the interest rate that was sent to me was only if “bought down” the rate. I wrote back to the manager and Internet specialist expressing my dissatisfaction, but both emails were ignored. More
