Having just bought a new iX at Pacific BMW in Glendale, Ca, my experience with James, Bob and Ray was beyond great! Ray, who knew me and my son from many years ago at a different and competing Brand, remembered us the minute we walked in the door. Bob and James went to bat for me on helping me to acquire the car at the price I wanted and James was excellent and took his time upon our taking possession of the car, to make sure we were all set up and understood the features we were acquiring with the vehicle. Last year we bought an X5 at another dealership and the experience was like night and day. I would strongly suggest you visit James and/or Bob when next looking to buy a BMW. I don't think you'll be disappointed! More

I had a regrettable experience at Pacific BMW, an experience I never anticipated when I walked into the dealership with high expectations. Like any prospective car buyer, I was excited, dreaming of o experience I never anticipated when I walked into the dealership with high expectations. Like any prospective car buyer, I was excited, dreaming of owning one of those exquisitely designed BMWs. Yet, what I encountered was far from the standard customer service experience one would expect from such a prestigious brand. The staff, rather than assisting me, appeared to underestimate my capability to purchase a car solely based on my race. I was stunned and deeply saddened. To think that in today's age, racial bias could still cloud one's judgement and interaction, was disheartening. However, I refused to let this incident belittle me or challenge my self-worth. Instead, I decided to take my I left Pacific BMW that day, not with a new car, but with a resolve to stand against racial prejudice. This was a bitter experience, yet a powerful reminder of the strides we still need to take in ensuring equality and fairness for all. More

The staff here, with their silent scoffs, actually presumed I could not afford a car because I am black. I couldn't believe that in this so-called progressive age, there are still people who treat others based on race. My heart was heavily stricken, filled with immense sorrow. However, I didn't succumb to such prejudice. I chose to take my dignity and financial capability elsewhere, to other more deserving car dealers. To let them know, no one should be underestimated because of their skin color or race, we all deserve equal treatment. More
