Once we agreed to buy the car, there was no urgency to get us on the way back home. We waited over an hour to see the finance department and we were paying cash. Then over another hour to clean the car, t get us on the way back home. We waited over an hour to see the finance department and we were paying cash. Then over another hour to clean the car, they left the dirty floor mats in the trunk, didn't have the tag available to install and forgot the gas fiilup entirely. Shane had moved on to his next customer and left us with a stagg member on his first day. Nice guy but had to ask how to get things done. We were them promised a full tank if gas and full detail later, but you are 55 miles away. Not too convenient. More
