Mostly because Jose, who is low-key and no-nonsense, asks what I’m willing to pay, and makes me feel like I am his only customer. He worked at satisfaction—he insisted on cleaning our window after hours while his family was having dinner. My experience has been that the business agent, closing guy, is where the pressure normally comes on big-time, not so with Ray. I also liked their third-party software that makes buying a vehicle in FL easy for out-of-state purchasers at no extra cost. I can claim my sales tax on my MI tax return. Yepper, we will be back!
