I do not know Chris, so I can not rate him. Ray was great to work with and is very good at keeping things organized. One problem though, I was told both of the vehicles I was purchasing would Ray was great to work with and is very good at keeping things organized. One problem though, I was told both of the vehicles I was purchasing would have full tanks of gas when we picked them up. This was not the case. When we got them back to our facility, one had 40 miles till empty, and the other had 80 miles till empty. Your feedback in this matter would be helpful.
