So my trust with you has been challenged for the first time In 5 years Also I purchased the oil change servuce 3 times and have never used it They said it was for my other bmw but I don’t think that is correct Needless to say, despite purchasing it you also charged me for oil change I’m disappointed in the dishonestly I felt for the very first time as.
