Service department? Exceptional on a busy day, absolutely Stellar on a quieter day. We always have our cars serviced at CIRCLE BMW because the pricing may be a bit higher but not high enough to go to an outside mechanic. We're talking about $10, $25, not like Mercedes that charges $240 for an oil change. And everything is OEM and the tech are knowledgeable, up to date, and HONEST. Same goes for the Service Advisors. Honesty, compassion, integrity, this is CIRCLE BMW. I turned my husband, very early on and he hasn't had anything other in more than 15 years. Working very hard on my behalf was James Hirsch, Client Advisor. With his help and guidance, I was able to purchase a BMW X3. I could not be more satisfied with working with everyone involved in making sure I got the car I needed and a smooth transaction. Finally, Brian Valentine was very patient with me as we went through a lot of the computer systems that the X3 offers. More to learn and he is there to help. So thank you Circle BMW for the wonderful staff you have to make a difficult situation much easier and seamless. More
