One of the best dealership experiences I've ever had. I contacted this dealership about a vehicle they had in their showroom and couldn't have asked for a better sales rep in Reese. I informed him of my interest in their vehicle he took the time to send me a video and answered every question I had. Originally I had passed on the vehicle solely due to another dealer having a similar vehicle just in a different color and package, Reese had no hard feelings and told me if I had a change of mind he'd be there to help. Furthermore I received a call from a Mr. Rayon and he reiterated everything Reese said while also explaining reasons why I might choose to visit Jimmy Britt over the other dealer. At no point did I feel pressured, I was rather impressed by the professionalism the two displayed. The vehicle I was going to purchase just so happened to be sold out from underneath me, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I went ahead and informed Reese that I would be purchasing through his dealership and they gave me peace of mind knowing once I put down my deposit the vehicle was mine The Jimmy Britt staff was very friendly and made sure all my questions were answered. A pet friendly dealership my dog was welcomed onto the showroom floor with open arms. 100% will recommend friends and family to visit Jimmy Britt in the future, I would like to thank Mr.Camak and Mr.Linton for a great experience buying my dream car More

I would not recommend this dealer, I had so many issues and an unresolved issue with the maintenance of the cat! I bought a Mercedes and it shakes, I told the dealer not even a week after purchase and they and an unresolved issue with the maintenance of the cat! They sold me a car that I have to get repairs on! DONT GO TO THIS PLACE! I will not remove this review until something is done to fix this issue!
