I had asked raynn to do hands on check of vehicle and I strongly doubt that occurred. I bought 4 expensive vehicles out of state over time and all sales/deliveries were seamless. This one was a great disappointment. I had stated to Rayon I would yield a favorable survey however that was premature. In the end I found slackness. Marlon on the other hand always followed up in a timely manner with tasking. Sorry but I would definitely not recommend ur dealership at least for out of state sales.
