I can’t say enough good things about Regi and the team at Infiniti of Birmingham. We bought a 400 Red Sport Q50 from them recently, and the experience was the best I’ve ever had purchasing a car. Even days Infiniti of Birmingham. We bought a 400 Red Sport Q50 from them recently, and the experience was the best I’ve ever had purchasing a car. Even days after we had purchased it, one minor item needed attention and Regi came to our house, picked up the car, got it working 100% and brought it back. With a full tank of gas. They’ve been great, and our next car I hope they have what we want so we can buy it from Infiniti of Birmingham! More

I got set up with Regi Palmer, a sales consultant buying just because I dreaded the process. I went to Infiniti of Birmingham with great reservation. I got set up with Regi Palmer, a sales consultant there. He was professional and immediately made me feel comfortable and not pressured. He was extremely friendly and pleasant to talk to. He just has a very easy disposition (you’ll know what I’m talking about when you meet him). I looked at other dealerships and quickly realized I needed to go back to Regi. Even the Sales Manager, Mark Mitchell, made a great impression on me. I would absolutely recommend working with those two guys! More
