My car buying experience at INFINITI of Birmingham was outstanding! While all of the employees were welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable; I had the great fortune to work with Gerald Cooper. Gerald m outstanding! While all of the employees were welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable; I had the great fortune to work with Gerald Cooper. Gerald made buying a car a dream! There was no pressure, everything I asked was answered and by the end of the experience Gerald felt like a friend. He really went above and beyond in all areas! Gerald even added a big bow to the top of my vehicle before we drove off the lot because he remembered a comment I had made to my husband regarding how I had always wanted that big red bow experience. Gerald Cooper was beyond fantastic to work with and I highly and happily recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car! More

I recently visited Infiniti of Birmingham as I began my search for a vehicle. My husband accompanied me. We were greeted by multiple associates who were all very courteous and professional but we ultimatel search for a vehicle. My husband accompanied me. We were greeted by multiple associates who were all very courteous and professional but we ultimately ended up talking with Tiffany Williams. She was a jewel from the beginning! Tiffany worked with us to find out exactly what we were wanting in a vehicle and she found the perfect one for me, a beautiful 2026 QX 60!During the entire process she was very engaged but never pushy. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and answered any questions that we had. It was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had! Thanks also to Jason Dudley, Mark Mitchell and Luke who were awesome as well. To anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, I highly recommend Tiffany Williams at Infiniti of Birmingham! She is amazing!!!
