2hrs to change oil is ridiculous.
I don't like wasting my time on things I requested not to be done. Inspections on a vehicle with less than 40k miles is not necessary.

The dealership has a very nice waiting area with water
and drinks for the customers who have to wait for their cars. The employees are all very polite. The service has always been good.
