I would put the thought of purchasing a new vehicle on level with going in for major dental work. Reuben was a joy and blew away our preconceived notions of what we were in for. He was straight forward and a pleasure. I have noticed the last few car buying experiences we have had that the sales person can be lacking in actual information/technical knowledge of the vehicle; Reuben was very knowledgeable throughout and he verified every answer immediately if he wasn't sure by finding out the facts. We were very pleased with our experience with Reuben. He is a friendly, knowledgeable expert in his trade and I felt when we completed our purchase we were treated with integrity throughout the whole process. More

They found one at another dealership and had it delivered to Carrollton. I returned a few days later and purchased a CPO Escape for my daughter. Jose G helped me with that purchase. While we were car shopping/test driving, I had my oil changed during our shopping and had great help from Clay getting everything scheduled and set up for that to be done 5 minutes before my arrival. We were able to do a trade-in for the purchase of our new f-150 which Reuben and management really worked with us getting exactly what we wanted. Brandon really helped with getting set up with Ford Credit and were in and out in no time! Thanks guys! More

Reuben was excellent, he assisted us in making our decision rather than appearing to be only interested in selling us a car. There was no pressure whatsoever and none of the 'games' we usually have to put up with at other dealers. Once we got to the finance portion, David continued the same experience with friendly professionalism and no pressure to choose one finance option over another. HappyBirthdaytome We were looking for a new 2016 Ford Explorer in Platinum White to replace my 12 year old 2003 Ford Explorer Limited. My husband.wanted me to get one We were looking for a new 2016 Ford Explorer in Platinum White to replace my 12 year old 2003 Ford Explorer Limited. My husband.wanted me to get one with an 3.5L Eco Boost engine but this was not offered in the Limited version. We knew that it was offered in the Platinum version which was way more expensive, but there were none available at any Ford dealership at this time. Reuben Krause, our Sales Consultant, pointed out that the Explorer Sport offered this engine and was just a notch down from the Platinum version. There happened to be an Explorer Sport in Platinum White on the lot which had every thing we wanted plus more options than we dreamed of. It is a really sweet vehicle. What we liked about working with Reuben was that he was not pushy but assured us he would give us a great price on the new car. We asked about what we might get for a trade in on our 12 year old Explorer with Ceramic White finish and was in mint condition with low mileage. Reuben worked with the Sales Manager, Bobby Richardson, to get a great price for the trade in and on the new Explorer. .They were very interested in my old vehicle. We still were not ready to make a snap decision to buy the new car. We wanted to think about it over the weekend. Reuben said he would give us a call the following Monday to follow up on our decision. Reuben called back, but we asked for a little more money on the trade-in of my old vehicle. He talked it over with Bobby and they accepted our offer. We picked up our new Explorer that night with no hassles. Reuben spent time going over the options on the car and how to use them. It was a fabulous experience. We would definitely recommend working with the staff at Sam Pack Five Star Ford Dealership. Reuben is a great Sales Consultant to work with. More
