Reuben Krause is THE man!! I was given Reuben's name from my brother-in-law who insisted I HAD to talk to him about the new Ford Explorer I was interested in. I contacted Reuben and set up an appointment to look at the 2016 Explorer Limited line. Just from the questions he asked me on the phone, he found the vehicle he thought would be a match for me. He had my vehicle inspected while we test drove the Explorer, so when we got back to the dealership we were able to look over trade in value/vehicle cost and agree on a number. I never dreamed I would have all of the extras he was able to get for me,! He even had their Sync Specialist sit in the car with me, sync my cell phone, explain all of the Sync features and offered for me to call, email or come by with any further questions. Seriously, the BEST salesman I've ever worked with and by far the best dealership experience I've had!!! More

He didn't try to sell me a King Ranch when I'm thinking SXT. Reuben found what I wanted at a sister dealership, we closed the deal, did the swap and I took delivery the next afternoon. Window tinting was perfect, but the rest of the "make ready" was not to my satisfaction. Reuben suggested another make ready or detailing when my license plates arrived. All promises have been kept and I will give Reuben a genuine "THANKYOU" for treating me with courtesy and respect! More

He did such an outstanding job with his low pressure sales approach that I ended up purchasing a 2011 Certified Pre-Owned F-150. Reuben is outstanding to work with and is a very honest sales person who takes the time to do all that he can to assist you in the car buying process. I would not hesitate to work with him again and I have already told several friends to head his way when it is time to replace their trucks. More

Reuben was very professional, paid attention to the details in what i was looking for, and did not try to pressure me into making a split second purchase. What impressed me the most, however, is when the manager and I could not come to an agreement and I broke it to him that, "there was no deal", he was understanding and DID NOT try to shove a different car at me to make a sale. It was a great experience and would highly recommend this place. Also, during the finance part of things, Art Ontiveros was a great help. He was upfront about all the costs and explained everything in a way that could be easily understood. I was highly impressed by his level of professionalism and hope to someday work with these guys again. More
