My husband.wanted me to get one We were looking for a new 2016 Ford Explorer in Platinum White to replace my 12 year old 2003 Ford Explorer Limited. My husband.wanted me to get one with an 3.5L Eco Boost engine but this was not offered in the Limited version. We knew that it was offered in the Platinum version which was way more expensive, but there were none available at any Ford dealership at this time. Reuben Krause, our Sales Consultant, pointed out that the Explorer Sport offered this engine and was just a notch down from the Platinum version. There happened to be an Explorer Sport in Platinum White on the lot which had every thing we wanted plus more options than we dreamed of. It is a really sweet vehicle. What we liked about working with Reuben was that he was not pushy but assured us he would give us a great price on the new car. We asked about what we might get for a trade in on our 12 year old Explorer with Ceramic White finish and was in mint condition with low mileage. Reuben worked with the Sales Manager, Bobby Richardson, to get a great price for the trade in and on the new Explorer. .They were very interested in my old vehicle. We still were not ready to make a snap decision to buy the new car. We wanted to think about it over the weekend. Reuben said he would give us a call the following Monday to follow up on our decision. Reuben called back, but we asked for a little more money on the trade-in of my old vehicle. He talked it over with Bobby and they accepted our offer. We picked up our new Explorer that night with no hassles. Reuben spent time going over the options on the car and how to use them. It was a fabulous experience. We would definitely recommend working with the staff at Sam Pack Five Star Ford Dealership. Reuben is a great Sales Consultant to work with. More

Used a referral from carpro, they were able to terminate the lease on my daughters 2014 focus and put us in a Rueben Krause and Bobby were fantastic. Everyone was most helpful and graciouis, making this the best experience I have had in buying a car. Now that I have a few miles on the auto, I can say that they have kept their word in obtaining an after market item for me, and answered my questions about functionality quickly and accurately. I intend to use the availabale technical support for the electonics as the occasion arises. All in all this was a very good experience, and the fact that I have a great vehicle doesn't hurt either. More

I went to one lot where the sales associate didn't know they were putting the 2.7 ecoboost in the F-150!! lol That dont make you feel comfortable. When I came to drive the truck everyone was friendly and well dressed. The buying process was slow after the test drive but they were extremely busy, which is a good thing! Pretty pleased with everything... The detail of the truck after the sale could have been better, I had to peel off several stickers from the wheels and bumpers and clean some marker spots off rims. More

We talked for about fifteen minutes and he gave me some numbers which I thought were pretty good. I then did some research and went to the dealership. He stuck with his numbers, didn't try to change anything and was true to his word. ( Really!) We got the deal done in less than an hour and were on our way home...in a new car! While we were waiting for make ready we were treated very nicely by Reuben Krause. He did a lot of running around for us and took good care of us.
