We have never owned a Ford before and that is all we will drive from here on out. This dealership was extremely comfortable to deal with and we were satisfied with everything! Chris - He was extremely professional and did not pressure us at all. From the minute we walked into the dealership he was prepared and ready to work with us. He was very knowledgeable and relaxed. There was no pressure put on us and we were given time to think about things. We actually came back a few different times before making our final decision and he was always there with a smile on his face! He was very friendly, well-mannered, and always made sure we felt comfortable. This was the most relaxed experience I have ever had buying a car and it will be hard to ever top how easy this was for us. We never felt pressure to make a quick decision and he actually wanted us to take our time. It seemed more like we were talking to a very intelligent friend rather than a salesman. He is not your typical pushy type and we loved that. He went above and beyond showing us trucks from all different spots on the lot and we never once had to go outside and walk around in the freezing rain. He always brought them to us, and if we didn't like them, he took them back and came right back with more. He went out with us in the rain to show everything that Ford had to offer and he never complained once about the horrible weather! He was so excited for us throughout the whole process and we knew he truly cared about us and loved his job! He listened very intently to what we wanted and our high expectations were definitely met!! We clearly can't say enough good things about Chris but we would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a new or used Ford!! Reuben- As a manager here, he definitely took care of us. He definitely made us feel like VIP from the minute we met him. He went out of his way and took A LOT of time out of his busy schedule to help us find our dream truck. He worked extremely well with Chris and the two of them were the dynamic duo! The red carpet was definitely rolled out for us and once again, we never felt pressured to make a quick or rash decision. Reuben was very easy to get in touch with and always checked in on us to make sure things were going smoothly. He gave us ALL possible options on different trucks and features to buy, and we could tell truly wanted to make sure we were going to be happy long-term with our decision. Every single second we were at this dealership we felt like we were treated like personal family. Reuben always had a smile on his face as well and dropped everything to make sure things were getting done for us and we were on the right track. We are now 100% Ford people and will definitely be coming here when we go to buy our next vehicle. Reuben knew so many minute details about Fords that you would think he owned the dealership himself! My Mustang order, delivery, and sales process was smooth I ordered a new Mustang because none of the local dealers had what I wanted. The sales price was competitive; maybe a little higher than buying something off the lot but I did not feel that I needed to dicker. Upon delivery the Mustang was clean, fueled up, and ready to go. I love that they did not put a bunch of dealership stickers all over the car; just a licence plate ring. Chris went over all the features of the digital dash and make sure that I understood how all the modes worked. More

AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I was first introduced to Sam Pack Ford Carrollton through Jerry Reynolds the Car Pro guy! I typically hate the car buying experience but fom the fir I was first introduced to Sam Pack Ford Carrollton through Jerry Reynolds the Car Pro guy! I typically hate the car buying experience but fom the first time I walked through the door of this dealership things were different!! My sales professionals were Christopher Krause and his brother Reuben ( they are part of the “Car Pro” certified team ). I was trying to decide between an Audi Q7 and the new Platinum Expedition. I had been to Sewell and was really impressed with their customer service so I was expecting a lesser experience at a “Ford” dealership but that wasn’t the case at all! Everything from the start, to the time I drove away from the dealership in my new black Platinum Expedition, was a GREAT experience! I live in McKinney and work in Allen but am glad to drive to Carrollton for this white glove service! I’ve only had a couple of Ford/Lincoln vehicles as I’ve mostly driven Suburbans and my last SUV was a ‘14 Toyota Platinum Sequoia. This new redesigned Expedition is the finest vehicle I’ve ever owned! The ride is like you’re floating on air, the technology rivals the Audi Q7 and the performance including mpg is truly amazing! I brought my Expedition back to have the windows tinted and worked with Vincent in the service department and he was great! They loaned me a truck to use while they were tinting my windows. Sam Pack Ford Carrollton, Christopher / Reuben Krause and the new Expedition has made for an incredible experience!! This is also my first time to write a review for a car dealership and I’ve bought over 30 vehicles. More

I flew from San Antonio to here last minute to buy a car. I came up here based on a verbal handshake that we would do the deal as agreed. They picked me up from the airport and had all the paperwork ready to go. Price was exactly what we agreed to and no gimmicks or hidden fees. Ill admit that i was probably a little difficult to deal with since it was so last minute and I was rather stubborn on what i was willing to pay but they treated me great! Big thanks to Mo, Chris, and Reuben for all they did. I honestly would come back to these folks just because they are so upfront on everything. More
