THE BEST EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES We rented an F150 for 2 weeks to see if we would like owning one. Had checked a few other dealerships closer to home but felt they were not listening We rented an F150 for 2 weeks to see if we would like owning one. Had checked a few other dealerships closer to home but felt they were not listening to us regarding what we wanted or were not willing to work with us on a deal. We were on a road trip and listening to Car Pros on the radio and took a chance that they would give us guidance on where to go for a good car buying experience. I received an email from them telling us to get up with Trey at Sam Pack, we did and we received correspondence from Reuben who read my list of requirements and wants. He kept in contact with us all week while we were gone and had Terry Smith working on getting us the vehicle of our dreams. The truck we rented was great, but our new F150 XLT is amazing! Much better than we thought we were gonna get. We got back from our road trip, asked if they could put the spray on bedliner in so when we came up we could take it home that day. They made it happen. We came in on Monday afternoon, the truck was sitting in the shade, freshly detailed, perfect condition, beautiful. A woman opened the door for us at the dealership, asked if we were there to see anyone in particular, told her and she proceeded to let the woman at the front desk know the name. She announced the name and before we could turn around Reuben was there, hand out to shake ours, offered us waters, took us to his desk, filled out a couple pieces of information, then took us to Terry Smith who finished that paperwork for us. Trey Russell popped in to say Hi and introduce himself to us, and shake our hands. Reuben checked in on us a few times over the next 45 minutes or so. We went to the man in the office where we completed the financial portion of the deal, was offered an extended warranty, which we took. Then Terry showed us our truck with all the bells and whistles and got us on our way. A class act all the way! We have never had that great of an experience ever. We will be driving back to Carrollton for all our scheduled maintenance, and will have the truck towed up there if it ever breaks down. They have called us a few times in the past week to make sure we are happy with our new truck and that they have taken care of all our needs. CLASS ACT! More

Chris - He was extremely professional and did not pressure us at all. From the minute we walked into the dealership he was prepared and ready to work with us. He was very knowledgeable and relaxed. There was no pressure put on us and we were given time to think about things. We actually came back a few different times before making our final decision and he was always there with a smile on his face! He was very friendly, well-mannered, and always made sure we felt comfortable. This was the most relaxed experience I have ever had buying a car and it will be hard to ever top how easy this was for us. We never felt pressure to make a quick decision and he actually wanted us to take our time. It seemed more like we were talking to a very intelligent friend rather than a salesman. He is not your typical pushy type and we loved that. He went above and beyond showing us trucks from all different spots on the lot and we never once had to go outside and walk around in the freezing rain. He always brought them to us, and if we didn't like them, he took them back and came right back with more. He went out with us in the rain to show everything that Ford had to offer and he never complained once about the horrible weather! He was so excited for us throughout the whole process and we knew he truly cared about us and loved his job! He listened very intently to what we wanted and our high expectations were definitely met!! We clearly can't say enough good things about Chris but we would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a new or used Ford!! Reuben- As a manager here, he definitely took care of us. He definitely made us feel like VIP from the minute we met him. He went out of his way and took A LOT of time out of his busy schedule to help us find our dream truck. He worked extremely well with Chris and the two of them were the dynamic duo! The red carpet was definitely rolled out for us and once again, we never felt pressured to make a quick or rash decision. Reuben was very easy to get in touch with and always checked in on us to make sure things were going smoothly. He gave us ALL possible options on different trucks and features to buy, and we could tell truly wanted to make sure we were going to be happy long-term with our decision. Every single second we were at this dealership we felt like we were treated like personal family. My Mustang order, delivery, and sales process was smooth I ordered a new Mustang because none of the local dealers had what I wanted. The sales price was competitive; maybe a little higher than buying something off the lot but I did not feel that I needed to dicker. Upon delivery the Mustang was clean, fueled up, and ready to go. I love that they did not put a bunch of dealership stickers all over the car; just a licence plate ring. Chris went over all the features of the digital dash and make sure that I understood how all the modes worked. More
