The Sales team (Jeff Flaishans and Chris Krause) were very informative and patient as we drove several models duirng our 2 visits trying to decide on whether we wanted the Ford Explorer or Expedition, and the trim model best for our needs. When we finally decided on the Ford Explorer, the Sales manager, Reuben Krause, provided excellent insight into the different options on each. We eventually decided on the Explorer Sport. He explained all the rebates we were qualified for to ensure we receved the best deal possible as well. We were there late on a Saturday evening and kept the satff late but they were very gracious in getting us into the vehiicle we wanted. Joseph Walker, Sync Specialist, offered to stay late to show us how to use the touch screen but we opted to come back at a later day so everyone could go home. The finance person, Brandon, was also very accomodating as he explained the various financing and warranty options. During our first visit, Chris and Reuben made sure we had a very exceptional experience. The time they took with us was a deciding factor to come back and visit the dealership again. I would Highly recommend this dealership to family and friends, or anyone looking for a fair price, a welcoming staff who genuinely cares about client service. I shared my expectations and need for ease of process and let them know I totally understood if we couldn't make a deal happen. They said no worries, give me 24 hours and I'll get back to you with some options. That they did! I got a great price that fell within my expectations on a 2017 STX, but I forgot my wife's expectations. Told them she wanted the 6th seat and they said they promised me what they promised and found me an option (XLT) for the same cost to give my wife what she wanted and I didn't have to give up anything between the 2 trucks. Ended up getting the STX and beyond pleased. Quick financing through the website and they delivered it to my door. Not sure if that is their SOP for delivery, but I couldn't get there. Like I said, they made it beyond easy, drove my old truck back to the dealer and the deal was done. All of this took up about a total of 2 hours or less of my life and we did 99% via phone. This is my second experience with this dealer. I will say the first one was decent, but Jeff and Reuben were tops and the real reason I stayed in another Ford. They took the dealership from a 4 star to a 5 for me. More

Second car in three months Around 2-3 months ago my wife and I ended up at Sam Pack's Ford in Carrollton looking for a new Ford Edge. We were fortunate enough to meet the sales Around 2-3 months ago my wife and I ended up at Sam Pack's Ford in Carrollton looking for a new Ford Edge. We were fortunate enough to meet the sales manager, Reuben Krause, who was willing to cut through all the typical BS that surrounds purchasing a car, and we came to a deal. My wife loves the car and we're good to go. Fast forward to last week, and after unsuccessfully dealing with multiple Chevy dealerships trying to buy a truck, I was reminded of two things: 1/ There are a lot of really shady car dealers out there. 2/ Sam Pack's Ford is not one of them I put my initial desire for a Chevy aside and decided to give the F150 Lariat a try. Reuben put me in touch with a great salesman (goes by the name Flash), and I proceeded to purchase the truck via text message and a couple of emails. The next day I went in to sign the paperwork, and I was off with what, IMHO, is a much nicer truck than the Chevy LTZ I was previously considering. All in all, I would absolutely recommend Reuben & Flash to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle. More
