Ted was busy and I was in a hurry, so I asked if I could leave a note for him. The receptionist insisted on getting someone else to help - enter Scott Fain. No matter how much I explained I was in a hurry, not buying that day, and ONLY came in to see what colors were available, he pushed for a sale, making me very uncomfortable. I only ever wanted Ted. He kept me informed throughout the process because I had to wait for the Honda Pilot Touring to arrive straight from the factory. The vehicle arrived sooner than I was promised and I couldn't be happier with my new Honda. Since shopping for a new vehicle at Lou Sobh Honda they have changed my view of the car buying experience. Honest, no-pressure sales staff who are friendly and knowledgeable, you couldn't ask for a more welcoming experience. From walking in the door to signing the documents and receiving the keys, I was out of the dealership in about one hour. That's efficiency! Big ups to our salesman Arthur and sales manager Reza, along with Ryan in finance (that guy is so entertaining it's worth buying a car just to spend 15 minutes with him) they made this process painless. In my family we have been Honda loyalists, now it's time to add Lou Sobh Honda to that list. More

A company is only as good as its employees and being in the automotive industry myself I can be slightly tougher to please. I went in to Service my old Honda and decided to look at new cars while I was there. I had the pleasure to deal with Ted Mierz (Sales Consultant) and Reza Moshiri (Sales Manager). I explained to both of them that I was looking for a good price without much hassle and they both immediately listed to my needs and showed me the best car buying experience I have ever had. They were completely up-front and transparent from the beginning. My wife came over to look at possible cars and the treatment that they provided to my wife was outstanding. They listened to her needs and likes and made recommendations accordingly. For all of those car buyers who may have the correct perception that buying a car is a horrible experience and that it takes too long, please visit Lou Sobh so you can experience the opposite. I can tell you that I was in and out in one hour. This car was leased for two reasons; first my wife drives a Suburban and we needed another car to use around town while getting my daughter (16years) her initial driving experience.
