Once at the #1 and #2 position out of 272 dealerships nationwide. In March of 2012, I transitioned to Germain BMW. When I’m not working I enjoy fishing, watching documentaries on The History Channel and spending time with my wife and our son. I was in the market to trade in my BMW and had been itching to get in a take a look at what was available. Originally I wanted a 335i or something with a little more power. Ken was immediately able to help narrow down my choices and gave me some options that he knew I would like, just from our short convo. The car he identified was perfect for me and the process wasn't intimidating like I thought it might be. Ken is very meticulous and detail oriented when explaining car features and makes you feel like the most important person in the building. I would recommend Germain BMW and their staff over any dealership I have ever experienced. You feel like family the minute you set foot on the lot. Thanks More

Excellent Service Advisor I have owned many high performance cars over the years and Rhoel Gray is the best service advisor that I have ever used. He takes the time to listen t I have owned many high performance cars over the years and Rhoel Gray is the best service advisor that I have ever used. He takes the time to listen to my concerns, explain the nature of any repairs that are being made, and provide me with great advice. He has gone out of his way to provide me with advice about oil and coolant issues when I have been traveling and needed assistance over the phone. Mr. Gray is an invaluable asset to Germain BMW. More

Thank you great service and personal empathy During the service appt. I was using a loner car. My 86 year led Mom, fell and I was unable to return the loaner car and pick up my car. When I called Rhoel to ask him if he wanted my husband to return the loaner Rhoel assured me there was no problem to return the loaner the next day. It was so nice to not only receive excellent mechanical service but, empathy for a personal situation. More
