I had a serious situation last. Thursday with a broken lock on my BMW Phone call for service and was told would have to leave and no loaner available Was told not to drive car to Thursday with a broken lock on my BMW Phone call for service and was told would have to leave and no loaner available Was told not to drive car to service station as they could not help that day. After arriving at Germaine first two attempts failed to open door I finally remembered Rhouls name and when he arrived all was taken care of. He solved the problem with grace.
