"the team approach" When I bring my Prius to Phillips for service, I know that my service advisor will see to it that all work needed is done in a professional manner. To clarify, I would like to provide the following example. On Wednesday of this week, my vehicle was unexpectedly disabled by a blown front tire with possible front end damage. After calling for a tow, I placed a call to Rhonda, my service adviser who seamlessly guided me through the steps to be followed to get me up and running again. To make a long story short, my Prius was taken care of by the dealership and I was as good as new the next day! In short, Phillips is a business where the customer comes first. More

Courteous employees, fast service. I bought my Venza at Phillips and have always had it serviced there. If I wasn't happy, I wouldn't keep coming back. Overall, best experience yet at Toyota Made an appointment for 30,000 mile / 6 month service. After car was serviced, I was told two of recommended service items were not needed yet as e Made an appointment for 30,000 mile / 6 month service. After car was serviced, I was told two of recommended service items were not needed yet as existing parts were still functioning fine (cabin air filter and engine air filter). Overall, I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Kudos to Rhonda and the technicians who serviced our RAV 4. More

Easy to make an appt. I was in and out in less than an hour. Our Service gal Ronda is wonderful. She keeps us informed and explains all that has been done to our minivan.
