He braved the snowy weather to help us find the perfect truck, And we ended up the day with a fantastic truck and a great deal. . Everyone from Armen to Wacey to Tim in finance and the big guys, Roger Akers and Justin Justice were great. Even Miss Rhonda at the end of the day was so bubbly. I Picked Out The Truck I Wanted They Test Drove My Trade made an offer on my trade and gave me a price on the new truck I declined the first offer and Told The Sales Manager What I Was Willing To Pay And What I Expected for My Trade. And He Listened to me and Accepted my Offer and The Amount I wanted for My Trade. Not a lot of Back And Fourth. Deal was done. Rhonda Rose was the Reseptionist she was very friendly and a lot of help I could not get my drivers license out of my wallet it was stuck in one of the pockets. She used her super Kung Fu Grip and we finally got My License Out. We all got a good laugh out of That. Micheal Bishop cracked me up had a lot of fun with Him. Tim Boggs was The Finance Manager He Tried hard to get me the best rates. I have purchased a lot of new vehicles from dealers all over the panhandle its seems to always be the all day back and fourth negotiations with the majority of them. I would highly recommend buying from good people who listen to me as a customer. The Name On A Building Is Not What Makes A Business Successful Its The People Inside that do That. After convincing them that I was not interested in a brand We drive our cars until "the wheels fall off", and this was our first purchase in 13 years. After convincing them that I was not interested in a brand new car, they found me exactly what I wanted--an Edge - almost new, low mileage, and the exact color combination. It took a few extra days to finally be able to drive it off the lot because of a couple of "door dings" that needed to be fixed, but it was worth the wait. There were a few frustrations along the way for both the staff and myself, but it all turned out great in the end. More

The only down part was the fact that my vehicle was dirty on the inside when I received it because the "make-ready" team was so slow. I brought it back the next day and waited 2 hours and all they did was wash the outside when I clearly told them to removed the mud on the inside of floorboards that were there prior to me picking the vehicle up. Other than that, everything else was amazing. More

We sat down and told him what we were looking for and what our budget was. He found the right truck for us right away. Even pulling it around to the service area so we could check it out and get in for a test drive without getting soaked with the rain Amarillo was getting that day! Everyone in the dealership was more than helpful. Anytime Trey had to leave us alone for a minute to go check on something someone else came by to see if we needed anything. Tim Boggs in finance did a great job of getting us the features and coverage we needed while staying within our budget. No one tried to "upsell" us with things we didn't need, but when we asked for extras (running boards, tool box) they were quick to get them added. We now own two vehicles from Tri-State Ford. Even though the salesmen were different a year ago, the experience was much the same. That speaks highly of the standard and expectation of the leadership. Although we plan for these vehicles to last a long time. I will certainly go back to Tri-State when it's time for a new one. And I will continue to recommend Tri-State to my friends and family. More

He worked with us and went the extra mile to find the car we wanted! Paul Willis in finance was so nice and showed us all we need to know. Rhonda Rose greeted us and made us feel right at home. We had to return a day after we got out car to get the code for the outside lock. They took care of us and we were on our way. More

Micheal Bishop was my salesperson, whom is fun and energetic. He kept me in the loop and built an excellent relationship with me. Tim Boggs in finance was very kind in working with the numbers for me as well as trying to cut the best deal he could for me. Rhonda Rose was always doing her best to make sure I was comfortable as well every time I came to visit. She is very friendly over the phone and even more so in person. I must say that she completed the Tri-State experiance. I WILL be bringing family and friends in to inquire about purchasing a vehicle. Brandie played a MAJOR part in bringing me in to the dealership as well. Her personality is comforting and enveloping. I wouldn't mind buying from working with her on a deal either. More
