I walked in to see what the new 2014s were like and was not certain I was in the market but my current 2009 3-series X-Drive was out of warranty and I was considering getting a new car to assure out of poc not certain I was in the market but my current 2009 3-series X-Drive was out of warranty and I was considering getting a new car to assure out of pocket costs going forward. This was the easiest car purchase I've ever made. I've ordered and purchased three cars from the BMW Store, and for the last two I've worked with Paul Kolleck. Paul is very responsive to my question I've ordered and purchased three cars from the BMW Store, and for the last two I've worked with Paul Kolleck. Paul is very responsive to my questions (even my very specific questions about financing terms that most people probably don't ask), and there's no nonsense or games when dealing with him. He doesn't try to push you in a certain direction, but if you ask for his advice on something like a particular model or color, he'll have an opinion that is well-founded and he'll share it with you. Paul went out of his way to tell me about a promotion offered by BMW North America that got me a $1000 credit for taking a test drive on a particular day -- even though I wouldn't have otherwise known about it and wouldn't have been any the wiser for missing the promotoion. I feel like a valued customer at the BMW Store, not someone the dealership is looking to exploit. When the car arrived, the delivery process was ridiculously easy too. We spent about five minutes on paperwork (they would have spent more to answer whatever questions I had), and about an hour showing me all the features of the car. The bottom line is the entire process -- car selection, negotiating, delivery, financing -- was painless, efficient, and customer-oriented thanks to the entire dealership and especially Paul. More

I went in to look at CPOs (certified per-owned), but I had very specific ideas about the car and options that I wanted. I got, what I consider a favorable deal. This was my second leased car and first BMW. Chris made the process as easy as possible while helping me balance the price point and features that I was after. When faced with a $3000 air conditioning repair on my 2008 BMW 335xi, I elected on the spot to purchase a new vehicle. My service advisor, Tim Gabbard, who has been consistently courteous and helpful ove 2008 BMW 335xi, I elected on the spot to purchase a new vehicle. My service advisor, Tim Gabbard, who has been consistently courteous and helpful over the years, quickly made immediate arrangements for me to meet with Chris Lykins, Sales Agent. I was introduced introduced to Chris, he set about determining my needs and narrowing down a selection of automobiles to consider for purchase. He had his work cut out for him as I wanted to complete the whole process in one day and be done with it. After discussing, colors, option packages, and preferences, Chris escorted me to the lot to see available units that might suit my purchase criteria. At this point, I will mention that The BMW Store was co-incidentally hosting a corporate event in which several customers had enrolled and were present during my sales experience. Needless to say, it was a busy place, but Chris was able to balance working with me as well as seeing to his additional customers and commitments for those who had registered for the event. I test drove a 528i and a 328i and settled on the 328i All Wheel Drive. Chris located a model that suited my requirements and preferences, sparing me the problem of having to wait for a suitable vehicle to be shipped from an alternate location, and we set about next steps - paperwork, financing, etc. and I returned home to retrieve my old title while Chris had the car cleaned and detailed for my acceptance. Returning to THE BMW Store at the end of the day, I got together with Chris and we quickly wrapped up the papers, financing, plate and title transfers without incident. BMW was able to obtain a very reasonable finance rate from the financial institution I had designated as preferred. After closing the sale, and after a very long day, Chris the joined me for an orientation session in my new car. He carefully went over the many options and features, demonstrating tips and techniques for security, navigation, electronic controls, audio, bluetooth and telephone functions. He was willing to sit with me patiently as long as was necessary. Chris was responsive in every way to my questions, concerns and needs. As a demonstration of Chris's further commitment to the sales process and the customer, he arranged to visit my home a couple days later to assist me personally with setting up the garage door remote opening function contained in the vehicle. To wrap up this rather lengthy review, I will close by saying I would recommend the BMW Store, Chris Lykins and Tim Gabbard for their unstinting efforts to assist me in all aspects of my problems and questions and to ensure my satisfaction before leaving the lot with my new vehicle. - Alan Chesnut More

I went to the BMW Store In Cincinnati looking to compare diffrent SUV's. Mind you my mind was set on the X6. I met Mr Stathes and he took the time to take me through the whole process of not only acquirin diffrent SUV's. Mind you my mind was set on the X6. I met Mr Stathes and he took the time to take me through the whole process of not only acquiring the X6 but customizing it to my taste. After going through the many alternatives and previewing the car on-line (great feature), I decided to proceed. Dean and the BMW Store team took care of every detail of this normally lengthy process. I travel constantly for work and it was a great feeling to get an e-mail and a phone call from Dean at the begining of the week to let me know my car was ready for pick-up. I came home from e red-eye and went to the dealer, all the energy that was lost in the flight came back when I arrived and saw my new car. They put a bow on it, I dont know if they knew it was my birthday that week but it is and was the little things and the ease of the transactions that made this experience such a Great One!
