To make things worse my fuel line came loose in Ballinger, Horrible service department highly recommend going elsewhere. I have driven GMC my entire life and have never had a problem until going to Frank Brown Auto in Lubbock. Two thumbs down. More

Every time they have had quick turn around, fixed everything I’ve owned both Honda and GMC vehicles and have had both of them serviced/repaired here. Every time they have had quick turn around, fixed everything I brought it for, and do not keep your vehicle if they are not working on it. A very well run shop. I’ve been to other dealer service depts for GM and Ram/Chrysler vehicles - this is hands down the best place in Lubbock. More
