"My truck didn’t even make it home"
If I could give 0 stars, I would. We purchased a 2011 Cadillac Escalade from this dealership. We drove about 200 miles up there to purchase it. On the way home, the truck died going up ramp. Got out and it was leaking transmission fluid everywhere. We were still about 3 hours from home and it was a Saturday. Called the dealership and they told us the repairs were on us. Called a family member and had them tow us home. Found out later, that in Illinois there is a state law that a vehicle under 150,000 miles (which this was) MUST make it 500 miles or 15 days. If it doesn't it is on the dealership to repair. Reluctantly they agreed to fix it, but we were responsible for towing it the roughly 200 miles up there. This was after we were told to try and repair it ourselves. Short story we just ended up selling it back to them, but I'm still out time, parts, towing, etc. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

UPDATE: Again - the fact that I had negative equity and credit challenges were FULLY disclosed prior to making the drive in and the dealership indicated that my needs (including desired payment amount) could be met. WHY WASTE MY TIME??
Original review: I'm absolutely frustrated with this dealership. My earliest emails I disclosed fully my financial situation and need (not desire) to keep payments as close to the payment I have now and was told this was not a problem. Now I go in and suddenly the 22k car I was interested in (screenshot attached) is "30grand" and I can't buy a 2016 Buick without a big down payment. AND tell me coming back after I pay my car down more and improve my credit won't change the payment?? I'm certain that I said exactly "I don't want to waste anyone's time". My visit today was a gigantic waste of time.
I'm not intending to make this one hour drive again.

Representatives of the agency were all extremely pleasant. The deal offered to me was quite fair in my view. My only concerns relate to the fact that I was given a little misinformation. Specifically, I was told that the car had parallel parking, which it did not. Also, I was told the interest rate was 4 percent, it was 4.85 percent. I was told that the agency worked with my Bank, not the case..Granted, these are minor issues, but they do make you wonder what else was misinformation. Nevertheless, I was pleased with the deal offered and the training given with regard to how to utilize the various options on the car. The overall culture of the agency seemed to one of wanting to please the customer.
Ricardo, Joe, and the rest of the team treated me like I was a celebrity, red carpet treatment and I got a very nice truck along with a very nice loan. I am 1000% satisfied (mathematically impossible because percent me per one hundred) any way I felt like I was treated well there.
