Rich Curto has been in the automobile industry for approximately 37 years. He worked with the Ford Motor Company from 1972 through 1982. He then joined Fullerton Ford for the next 13 years. Rich then worked for Montclair Volvo for 13 more years. He has been with Prestige Volvo since October of 2008.

Make an appointment and I can get a loaner car. And after they service they wash the car at no charge. You can beat this! More

Excellent customer service Beside the extraordinary treatment I received purchasing my new XC70 a few months ago (and years of fine service with four prior Volvos), Prestige's s Beside the extraordinary treatment I received purchasing my new XC70 a few months ago (and years of fine service with four prior Volvos), Prestige's service department again outdid itself. I was involved in a crash just six weeks after having bought the car, had it repaired at a non-Volvo body shop, and drove off thinking all was fine. Turned out the body shop had cut corners so that my insurance company had to reopen the claim for additional work by the same shop. Still feeling that something was wrong, I finally brought it to Prestige for diagnosis. They found and fixed the problems and downloaded all the necessary software to ensure my car would operate as it had when new (which it now does). Best of all, they drafted the invoice so as to make clear the problems were "all related to impact from accident" so that I had no trouble getting reimbursement from my insurer. More

MONEY I purchased a new Volvo xc90 and traded in my Mercedes Benz gl350 on 10.26.13, I told Pat mason and rich the sales person that my Mercedes need to be I purchased a new Volvo xc90 and traded in my Mercedes Benz gl350 on 10.26.13, I told Pat mason and rich the sales person that my Mercedes need to be returned to mb in Morristown before the 5th so I would not be charged another lease payment. The car was held for 3 weeks and was driven. I was charged another lease payment and my Mercedes was finally returned on 11.23.14. I called and spoke to pat and he said I would have MY money returned to me within a couple of days. I called a couple of days later and he said the owner had called mb and was getting me MY money back (because prestige Volvo buys a lot of cars from mb ) and this would take a couple of more days. I reached out to the general manager ( Matthew Haiken / owners son ) and he played as if this was the first time he heard anything about this issue. Matthew personal said he would take care of this issue and would get back to me in a couple of days. It’s now been 5 months and no one will call me back or is willing to help me. This is not what I expect from a (want to be high line dealer ship). I even went as far as to call Volvo North America and spoke to a customer representative and they were no help. They have nothing to do with independently owned dealers, she tried to reached out to the market manager for prestige volvo and that did nothing. More

After my 2001 S40 told me it was time to move on, I found myself at Prestige Volvo checking out the new XC60s. It was a natural option to go there since I serviced my S40 there all the time and I found out myself at Prestige Volvo checking out the new XC60s. It was a natural option to go there since I serviced my S40 there all the time and I found out that they participated in the Costco auto program. All of this led me to meeting with Tina Bilokin. She was a pleasure to deal with. Tina then introduced me to Rich Curto to assist with the car buying process. Rich was also a pleasure to work with. They were both patient with me as I thoroughly did my research and as I "toyed" with the idea of a Toyota Highlander vs. the Volvo XC60 vs. the BMW X3. I never felt any of the stereotypical negative feelings one may get when shopping for a new car while dealing with Tina, Rich or Prestige in general. Unfortunately for me, but fortunately for Prestige, they did not have the XC60 in their current inventory that met my needs. I say fortunately for them because that shows to me that they are good at selling their vehicles! Long story short, I did have to go to another Volvo dealer to get the XC60 that I wanted, but if they would have been able to get the one I wanted (2013 XC60 demo), I would have purchased it from them. I would highly recommend going to Prestige and working with Tina and/or Rich! I also plan to have Prestige do the maintenance on my new XC60 since I had to buy the car from a dealer 1.5 hours away from me. On a final note, the Volvo owner loyalty program is an awesome one and neither Toyota nor BMW would match it for my business. Go Volvo! More
