Found out that we waited to long and our Internet Honda Pilot is based on available inventory. We waited to long and our great Internet offer was gone. Enter Rich Either Jr. Rich's experience and professionalism was by far a huge factor that kept us engaged because I was ready to walk and start another process of finding a Honda Pilot online. Honorable mention to Johnny R who came over and introduced himself and spent some time to make sure he could help us in anyway. Also, it was good to put a person to the emails. Both Rich and Johnny took us from a negative path to a positive path and excellent purchase experience. One other separate item: We had been Christmas shopping many hours before our 4 pm Saturday appointment with Rich Either. On our last stop around 3:30 pm and as we were leaving the store I saw that we had a flat tire due to a nail. I chose to change the tire myself saving us valuable time than calling and waiting for AAA. Proud to say I changed it in 12 minutes...but then I called three tire places all within the area and each said the same thing, they were booked and could not fix our tire. Enter Curry's Service Shop; I took a chance that they may be able to help; The service shop was scrambling to prepare their entire lot for the immediate snow storm about to hit that night. They were also closing at 4 pm. We were there at approximately 3:50 pm and talked to Pedro Reyes. I explained the flat tire and Pedro did not let us down. He took us in and had his crew repair our tire and I cannot thank them enough. That piece of mind and service was another reason we had a positive experience at Curry. With my list of possible used cars, financing secured, and a deposit in hand, I went shopping. Much to my suprise, after visiting three dealships in West Springfield, my list of possibilities were either not on the lot, in the shop for maintainance, or already sold. On my way home, I stopped by Curry Honda, I was greeted at the door with a friendly smile and within 1 hour, I test drove two cars, secured a lower interest rate than online and finalized paperwork. The next day, I picked up the car registered, insured, inspected, detailed with a full tank of fuel.
