Everyone I've interacted with have been friendly and comfortable to talk to, seemed genuinely interested in making sure I had a great experience. This is especially true because I didn't want to buy a vehicle but my SUV was beyond reasonable repair and I was grumpy about having to purchase a new vehicle (lol). We went to 7 dealerships in two days trying to find a replacement vehicle that fit my specs at a price I was comfortable with. Werner was the first dealership we visited and they set the bar high. From the moment I entered the dealership, I felt the laid back and efficient vibe. From my salesperson, Joe, to the management team - Nick and Rich, there was zero pressure, yet they made it known they wanted to earn my business. They all listened to what I wanted, addressed my concerns and gave me the information I needed to make my car buying decision. They even told me what I probably didn't need (that's rare).
