Best cur buying experience I've ever had I pre-ordered a Miata since the color/interior features I wanted were not available anywhere in New England. Rich Hammond & Rob Hering were great to I pre-ordered a Miata since the color/interior features I wanted were not available anywhere in New England. Rich Hammond & Rob Hering were great to work with. They located the car I wanted - there was only one coming in from the auto plant for all of New England. I placed a $500 deposit (didn't even get charged until the car arrived at the dealer) to hold the car while it made its way up to Manchester, NH from Baltimore, MD. Rob stayed in touch with me during the whole process keeping me updated. Eventually the car arrived 3-4 weeks later which was exactly when I was told it would arrive. Rob had the financing and all details set up so when I arrived to pick up the car, it took about 30 minutes for everything (half of that time was me test driving the car!) I used a pricing service via Consumer Reports and know I got a good deal on the car. The price never changed from quote to sale. Also got 5 year, 0% financing. The only extra fee was the $25 title fee from the state. I have never seen such a straight forward, easy process. Nice, down to earth people. If I but another car, I will definitely buy from them! Can't recommend them enough! More
