Not a Great First Impression I made an appointment to test drive a car with David for 6pm. When I got to the dealership, I was greeted by Roger who told me David had left at 3pm. When he texted David, I was told David had no intention of coming back in. This gave the impression that neither my time nor my business were important. Other dealerships I worked with had changes to the appointments made but their sales people had the courtesy to call. Additionally, when I returned later in the week with some paperwork I needed to provide, I met David who brushed off my comment about him missing the appointment.
