After having an addition to the family, our little miracle, my husband realized our Subaru Crosstrek wasn't going to cut it especially when we want to upgrade in family matters. We sent an email to Anthony and within in a few days we had an appointment. Going in we knew exactly what we wanted and Anthony delivered! We were able to test drive the Subaru Ascent and Anthony was able to get in the color and interior we so desired. We traded in the Crosstrek and our now proud owners of a 2020 Subaru Ascent! Rich was also there to help with the financial aspects of buying our new car. He explained everything so clearly and was not pushy when it came to deciding on a warranty with our car. I never got a hard sell, felt intimidated, or felt that I was being deceived. Everyone was very kind and seemed genuine. I really felt I was getting not only a good selling price on a car, but a commitment from an employee and business that my entire experience was the best possible one I could have from the moment I walked in. Hopefully I won't need another car for a while, but when I do, I will definitely be returning to Brewster. More
