Best Car Purchasing Experience In My Life My wife and I were in the market for a 2020 Subaru Outback. We visited a local dealership and were treated as if they were doing us a favor by sellin My wife and I were in the market for a 2020 Subaru Outback. We visited a local dealership and were treated as if they were doing us a favor by selling a car to us (basically at MSRP). We then visited Brewster Subaru and worked with Mitchel Pollack. I have never met a more professional, honest and low-pressure salesman in my life. Mitch spent as much time as we required reviewing the features of the car, differences with earlier models and addressing any and all questions we had. Most importantly, when he didn't know an answer, he said he didn't know and found out the answer from someone who did. When we were unsure of a "new" feature on the 2020, he told us what it was designed for and was frank that not every driver would find it useful. It was a pleasure dealing with a salesman confident enough to know what he doesn't know and one willing to give an honest opinion. We purchased the car from Mitch at a fair price and I assure you, it will not be the last car we will be buying from him. More

There was a complication with the delivery of my new Outback where the exterior finish was slightly damaged in transit to the dealer. When they became aware of the situation, they immediately reached out to me to let me know what had happened and, without asking, proactively went to work to find another new car with the same specs for me. I really appreciated all their efforts on my behalf, and won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who's in the market for a Subaru and looking for a similarly satisfying buying experience. More
