Subaru Forester lease This is my second Subaru. I was always a Chrysler/Jeep person, but the last few cars from Meadowland/Volz rotted out and corroded from the bottom aft This is my second Subaru. I was always a Chrysler/Jeep person, but the last few cars from Meadowland/Volz rotted out and corroded from the bottom after only 60,000 miles and those dealers and corporate would not work with us so we wasted so much money! I decided to go with a better car and a better dealer. We are happy with our Outback and the free loaner car they provided for us once, which was a Forester, so we decided to lease a Forester. So far the experience has been positive. More

Best Experience I have had in a car dealership I called Brewster Subaru and spoke with Kim who was very kind and patient on the phone and scheduled me for a test drive . I went into the dealer shi I called Brewster Subaru and spoke with Kim who was very kind and patient on the phone and scheduled me for a test drive . I went into the dealer ship a couple of days later to test drive the car and Kim approached me and introduced herself and to the sales representative Mitchell Pollack who was very kind, and patient with me. Most importantly Mitchell walked me through every step of the way with ease and answered every question that I had. I felt no pressure and felt very comfortable communicating with him. I highly recommend Mitchell and will keep going back to him he is excellent. Next I met the finance Manager Richard who was so personable and as well , he guided me smoothly to the final stages of financing all the way to they keys being in my hands! This is an excellent team there were no hidden agendas pressure and a very positive and professional atmosphere and experience. More

"Outstanding purchasing experience" I purchased a 2019 crosstrek, my second Subaru from Robyn Rey. My experience was unique in that I had had an accident with my 2011 Forester and had n I purchased a 2019 crosstrek, my second Subaru from Robyn Rey. My experience was unique in that I had had an accident with my 2011 Forester and had no vehicle for transportation. I needed a Crosstrek, my chosen model this time, ASAP. In addition, I needed it by a certain date to go to a funeral. Robyn worked through all the loopholes for me and was able to give me a loaner if the Crosschek didn't arrive in time. I can't say enough about her understanding,knowledge and friendship to ease my anxiety. Furthermore, Rich Johnson from management patiently explained all the paperwork needed for purchase as well as all the options offered by Subaru. He was helpful and knowledgeable without pressure. Going into the showroom I was met by Patrick Larson. He introduced me to my salesperson Robyn Rey, who was outstanding in explaining all of the features and then accompanying me on a test drive. She was very professional with no pressure for me to buy the vehicle. I was then interviewed by Rich Johnson who explained all of the financial options I had in purchasing the vehicle. This was definitely the best car buying experience I have ever had. No pressure and great people. More
