Friendly and Professional! Worth the trip from anywhere! I was in for a standard oil change and stopped by to see Anthony P. since my current lease was almost up. He remembered me from my first lease deal and showed me all the new features on the new 2019 Forester. Since I really liked my 2016 Forester I thought I would just stay with another one. I am so happy I did! I have been getting so many compliments on the car. I just love driving it! Anthony was very friendly and professional. We were able to close the deal very quickly and by New Years Eve I was driving my new car home! What a way to start the New Year! Thanks Anthony! I should also add that both Rich who finalized the deal with me and Anthony from service were extremely nice and helpful. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience! I highly recommend this team! Good, but definitely not great. Mitchel was great from the time I walked in looking for a Forester. To get the exact car I wanted I was told I would have to wait about a month. Howev Mitchel was great from the time I walked in looking for a Forester. To get the exact car I wanted I was told I would have to wait about a month. However, Mitch was able to locate and dealer swap for the car in only a couple weeks, which was faster than I expected. He showed me every little detail about the car upon delivery and made sure I had everything up and running before I left. During the car buying process, I was in touch with another dealership who had the car that I wanted and they were very competitive on their pricing, so much that I put a deposit down with them to hold the car and to negotiate pricing between the two. This is where Brewster Subaru was not great.. I called and left a message for Patrick Larson to call me to discuss pricing and potentially get my deposit back so I could buy from the other dealership. He never called back. Fine, this happens all the time now. Nelson Demelo is the one who called me a couple days later to tell me they found the car a couple weeks early. However, he got interrupted, was in a rush, said he'd call me back in 10 minutes, hung up and I never heard from him again. This almost cost Mitchel and Brewster Subaru the sale of my car, because it was at this time that the other dealership had bested their price offer by $15/month and I needed to talk to someone quickly. To sum up if you haven't followed along, and to just bring this review to an end.. Mitchell was great, knowledgeable, friendly. Patrick was average, just don't call and expect a return call. Nelson just didn't care and single handedly almost cost this dealership the sale. I only dealt with Rich Johnson to close the final details of my lease. He was very friendly, and it went quick once I finally got into his office after about 45 minutes of waiting. More

My wife was given a tutorial on all the technology available in the car which lasted almost an hour on new years eve. What a great crew of people selling a great product!
