Fred Fogel and Rich Johnston never displayed a hurried, pushing sale and financing tactics. Brewster staff is a perfect example of what customer service should be. They changed my perspective on buying a new car from a stressful, anxious event to a pleasurable one. They offered their service for any further questions in the future, great service!! More

The car is a fricken snowmobile!! Disclaimer- I have not driven it in the snow yet... I bought a certified pre owned Crosstrek, which the sales rep, Anthony, assured me is in fact a Disclaimer- I have not driven it in the snow yet... I bought a certified pre owned Crosstrek, which the sales rep, Anthony, assured me is in fact a snowmobile (Anthony drives a snowmobile too). After one week of owning the car (snowmobile), I found the USB port to not be working. I called up Anthony, who was very helpful, set up an appointment to repair it for me free of charge. The morning of the appointment I found the button that initiates the power to the USB port, and in fact I am an idiot.... but I digress, the car (snowmobile) is great. Would highly recommend this dealer. Shout out to my homie Rich who has the same birthday as me. Whoop whoop!! More
