Even though there was a glitch with one of the computer screens, Fred made sure to set me up as soon as I was able with a service appointment and a loaner car. I even discovered today, while getting gas for the first time, that Fred puts a $2 bill in your gas tank. My husband and I also met with Rich Johnson, who was very knowledgeable and funny.
