Rich Johnson has been in the auto industry for over 40 years and with Subaru for over 18. He has been married for 22 years to his beautiful wife Donna. As a Connecticut resident, he knows his Subaru will get him through our tough winters. Also, as an avid dog lover, his favorite Subaru is the Outback because it has lots of room in the back for his dogs! He loves being part of the Brewster Family and his door is always open to customers for any questions, concerns or to share dog pictures. Fred and Team made it possible and a pleasure I am so impressed with Fred Fogel and the whole team at Brewster Subaru. I felt comfortable in my dealings and conversations with him, refreshingly without the need for "pitches and ploys" that I'd gotten from other dealers. Sad to say, some reps still talk down to women buying their own cars; NOT SO here and that respect is returned in full. Fred was backed by a top-notch team that worked just as hard for me. And I had friendly conversations with others (such as Robyn) not involved in the process but who contributed to my overall great experience there. More

Fred Fogel was extremely helpful in the purchase of our new Impreza. This is my first purchase of a Subaru, and I enjoyed working with Fred to find the right car for me. Even though there was a glitch with one of the computer screens, Fred made sure to set me up as soon as I was able with a service appointment and a loaner car. I even discovered today, while getting gas for the first time, that Fred puts a $2 bill in your gas tank. My husband and I also met with Rich Johnson, who was very knowledgeable and funny. Overall, I have a great experience at Brewster Subaru. More

Fantastic No Pressure Dealership I cannot think of enough positive words to explain the experience I had buying my first Subaru from Brewster Subaru, There was such a warm and fuzz I cannot think of enough positive words to explain the experience I had buying my first Subaru from Brewster Subaru, There was such a warm and fuzzy atmosphere there from the time I opened the door. First person I encountered was Anthony Pilla. He greeted me with a sincere hello and we began talking about what I was looking for. A totally compassionate gentleman. The first time I stopped in I was in an emotional mood. He did not pressure me, just took me for a walk outside and pointed out what was available. I explained I was not even sure if I wanted a new car. We went back inside and he offered me beverages, fruit and showed me the waiting area for service. It was such a nice area, very comfortable, free refreshments, large TV .... I was impressed. I explained I needed to decide what I actually was trying to achieve. No pressure, a hand shake and the offer to come back or call at any time. Before I made the final decision I felt I needed to check the pricing with another dealer. It was a large, cold, place and they had only one goal, to sell me a car that day. I received multiple annoying phone calls from them and even from the sales manager as well as e-mails. I KNEW where I wanted the car from and it was not them. I went back a few weeks later and once again, my first encounter was with Anthony. I knew this was where I belonged . I decided on a Subaru Forester Premium. He gave me some numbers, I put a deposit down because they had to bring the car to Brewster from another location. I wanted Jasmine Green Metallic. When I went to get it, it was beautiful. I met many other people at Brewster Subaru and every one was jovial, pleasant and treated me with utmost respect. I felt like they were old time friends I then met Rich Johnson the Business Manager and he was amazing. There was none of the usual tension when you are buying a car. He did not PRESSURE me to get anything I did not want. I felt the entire experience was positive and will recommend them to anyone looking for a car. It was a pleasure to work with a smaller company that did not focus entirely on the sale, they wanted to be sure my decision was what I really wanted. They are sure to be a huge success. More

Far above the norm I have been a customer in this dealership going back to '01 with the previous ownership, but now I can't say enough about it. My wife and I were treat I have been a customer in this dealership going back to '01 with the previous ownership, but now I can't say enough about it. My wife and I were treated like family, everyone going out of their way in a friendly atmosphere to help us out. Our lease was coming to an end and Robin and Nelson did the legwork to give us an array of options in order for us to decide which would work out the best for us. Everything was up front, clearly explained, and no "hidden agenda" tactics were employed. We bounced our thoughts off them and never once felt any pressure or coercion to sway our thinking. Additionally, the service dept. is extremely helpful in scheduling appointments, with a professional staff who do any work correctly and in a timely fashion. The dealership has recently been remodeled with a spacious waiting room, renovated restrooms, and coffee. This is what a benchmark dealership should be. More
